Quality control is not only essential to us, but it is the chief focus of everything we do. We have a skilled and certified staff of production, R&D professionals and QC inspectors who make quality their number one concern on a regular basis. Our manufacturing is carefully monitored through our team with attention to every detail. We produce our pouches to the highest quality standards available and we stand behind our work. Products leaving our facility are assured to be of superior quality and are reviewed throughout the project.
Quality Control Procedures
RAW MATERIAL INSPECTION
We prolong the disciplines of our production to our raw material suppliers and check the raw materials upon reception.
PRINTING
All our printers and workers are authorized to stop a run if they feel the product being made is not right.
LAMINATION
Verification analysis of glue and residual solvents during the lamination and drying procedures.
SLITTING
Ensuring proper colours, sizes and coefficient of friction are accomplished during the cutting phase.
BAG CONVERSION
Regular monitoring of samples taken each hour on the procedure of cutting and shaping. Ensuring welding force, breadth, strength of closure, etc.
FINISHED PRODUCTS
QC inspections will check the complete quality of the final goods before shipment.
Mass Production Samples
We keep mass production samples for each delivery that we produce. The samples enable us to have a really good thumbnail of the order made and transported. If questions do arise, the samples allow us to isolate any problems to certain boxes or rolls for faster, more precise responses.
